If you are experiencing issues with our accessories, please go to this page and apply for a replacement.
* If a valid claim is made during the applicable period, BIZZ will either (1) replace the product, (2) exchange the product with a product of equal value, or (3) refund the order.
The BIZZ warranty is restricted to orders made from Amazon Seller Caesars Bay, for we have authorized no other sellers/distributors to sell our products on or outside of Amazon, and we cannot guarantee that products sold through these channels are genuine, therefore, we reserve our rights of refusing to provide customer service and warranty for orders made through channels/sellers other than Caesars Bay on Amazon.
Exclusions & Limitations
Though we care about the happiness of our customers, the following cases won’t be covered by our Warranty:
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers.
- Purchases without valid proof of purchase.
- Any defects or damages caused by unreasonable use or abuse.
- Lost or stolen products.
- Product that has been refunded.
